Hi Steve,
I’ve got your book and dvd and my back doesnt ache at all except when i pinched the nerve in my buldge disc (L4, L5).Its only happened once since i’ve been doing the yoga and excercises.I”ve got a cold and when i woke up this morning, i was standing up and just about to start the arm swinging when i coughed quite heavily and pinched the nerve.
Your yoga and exercise program has helped my back become stronger and ache free, (except today).Worth every cent.
